A seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of leadership experience in the technology and service sectors, Mr. Palomino’s track record of delivering leadership and results is based on his strengths of tactical creativity, strategic orientation, marketing savvy, interpersonal skills and technical acumen. He is an experienced dealmaker, proven closer, skilled presenter, facilitator, and team leader.
Prior to g2m Group, Mr. Palomino has held a number of leadership and business development roles, including Chief Managing Principal of Princeton-based Oldhorses, Inc., where his efforts enabled clients to successfully market to larger enterprises, such as Pfizer, National Geographic, Chubb Insurance and other Fortune 500 companies. He contributed to the success of this management-consulting firm’s SMB clients by advising, mentoring, and training in the areas of marketing, sales, and operational efficiencies.
With Boston-based research-advisory firm Yankee Group, Inc., Mr. Palomino managed global relationships with leading technology companies, such as IBM, Accenture, CSC, Unisys, NCR, and SAP. While growing these core relationships, he opened up new avenues to deliver Yankee Group’s unique blend of market-data based decision support in marketing, sales, and channel development. The company named Mr. Palomino its “MVP” in 2003.
Mr. Palomino holds an MBA from Villanova University and resides near Philadelphia with his wife, Carolina and three children, where they are active in their local community and are committed Yankee fans.
