g2m Group, Inc.’s Confidentiality Policy is detailed in our Acceleration Program Agreements. Simply put, g2m Group, Inc. will treat as confidential, any information provided by Client Firms (those companies that have entered into a business relationship with g2m Group, Inc,) and recognizes that Client Firms will, by the very nature of a client relationship, disclose certain of its confidential and proprietary information (the "Confidential Information") to g2m Group, Inc.

Confidential Information means all data, materials, products, technology, computer programs, specifications, manuals, business plans, software, marketing plans, financial information, and other information disclosed or submitted, orally, in writing, or by any other media, to g2m Group, Inc. by Client Firms. “g2m Group, Inc.” means direct (i.e. “W2”) employees of g2m Group, Inc. and Acceleration Panelists who work with the firm and its Client Firms on an ad-hoc basis (i.e. “1099”).

g2m Group, Inc. agrees that the Confidential Information is to be considered confidential and proprietary to Client Firm and g2m Group, Inc. shall hold the same in confidence, and will not use the Confidential Information other than for the purposes of its business with Client Firm. Lastly, Client Firms will agree to not disclose any g2m Group, Inc. proprietary methods, systems and services to any other party, without the express consent of g2m Group.
