We then organize your team into work sessions and review all the major parts of the specific go-to-market program your workbench is focused on. We work with you to refine or build out any part of

your strategy that isn’t as “market ready” as you need it to be. In other words, we work with the pieces of your strategy and team to make sure that they are integrated, sound and effective. Our Panel of experts deliver specific “how to” counsel to your team throughout the process, including specific interaction with your key team members on dozens of topics that impact your time-to-market and cost-to-market. As a client, you have access to Accelerator Sessions. The Acceleration Panel provides this dynamic content based on specific topics, supplying real-time counsel on-demand. This feature goes far beyond written data-on-demand. Each session is a 60-90 minute Webex™ meeting, or conference call, starting with a half hour presentation on a specific topic. Topics are in the areas of strategy, sales, branding and many other go-to-market disciplines, always intended to move you forward. Optional Accelerators are on-demand services that can help you get things done on time and on budget. They can hone your team’s capabilities, and fill gaps in your team’s current skill set. These optional services are delivered by the Acceleration Panel; packaged and priced on a fixed cost, as needed. Program Management Support includes a facilitated, regularly scheduled g2m FlightPlan™ review. This review keeps the actions, decisions and other elements updated and helps drive the alignment, intensity and teamwork needed to succeed. The g2m FlightPlan is updated after Accelerator Sessions and any time there are changes to Action, Goals, Decisions and the other FlightPlan elements.
